  • David Ndii & others v Attorney General & others [2021] eKLR; caselaw/cases/view/207503/ (successfully represented the 25th Interested Party in obtaining an injunction in relation to the building bridges referendum).
  • Charles Njenga Gatimu v Kenya National Highway Authority [2020] eKLR; (successfully   represented the Defendant in having the suit dismissed).
  • Wanuri Kahiu & Another v CEO – Kenya Film Classification Board, Ezekiel Mutua & 2 others [2020] eKLR; (successfully represented the 1st and 2nd Defendants in having the suit dismissed and affirming the 1st Defendant regulatory powers).
  • Pharmacy and Poisons Board v George Wang’anga & 5 others [2020] eKLR; http:// (successfully prosecuted the appeal and obtained an affirmation of the board regulatory powers).
  • Acting for various Clients in the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and the High court in various litigation matters, including banking and financial services matters, commercial and corporate matters, environment and land matters, employment and labour relations matters and IP matters.
  • Representing a leading local Bank in the recovery of over Kes. 670 Million owed to it by a borrower, including negotiating settlement.
  • Representing leading renewable energy companies in East Africa, in various transactions relating to geothermal, solar and wind energy.
  • Representing leading Regularly acting for banks in securitisation of credit facilities and in banking litigation.renewable energy companies in East Africa, in various transactions relating to geothermal, solar and wind energy.
  • Regularly advising oil marketing companies (OMC) on various legal matters, including on protection of technology and licensing agreements and acquisition of properties
