Pupillage

The Firm offers pupillage positions for suitably qualified candidates for a period of at least eight (8) months, usually between January and August each year. Our pupillage programme enables the Firm to contribute to the training of future advocates while also offering the Firm complimentary manpower.

Pupillage applications should be sent to the Human Resources and Administration Manager (through the e-mail address: info@sisulelaw.com) between 1st June and 31st July of each year. Applications received outside this time period will not be acknowledged or considered. To be considered, an application must include an Application letter explaining the applicant’s interests in law and the reasons for applying to Sisule & Associates together with a copy of a national identity card or passport, a CV or resume of no more than 3 pages, the letter of admission to the Kenya School of Law (KSL) and copies of all relevant certificates and academic transcripts particularly – Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (K.C.P.E) certificate or its equivalent; Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E) certificate or its equivalent; high school leaving certificate or head teachers report or the equivalent; and law degree certificate together with academic transcripts for the degree course.

Internships

The Firm also offers internships both for legal interns and interns for our support and management departments. Save for where we indicate otherwise, we consider internship applications throughout the year. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a relevant professional study programme or have completed one.

Only short-listed candidates will be contacted. As a general rule, if you have not heard from us for more than two (2) weeks after sending your application, you should consider your application unsuccessful.
